Withernsea Tennis’s 2025-26 season is now in full flow since opening in May this year.
The newly refurbished courts have attracted numerous members from the area and are open to new joiners.
The club operates round robin-style singles and doubles box leagues for those interested, with flexible arrangements around matches. This is purely aimed at getting members on to the courts and meeting new people as well as to improve their tennis skills. There is a handicap system in place to keep things fair.
In addition, we have social tennis sessions where all members are welcome to come and join in – getting on the courts and meeting new people. Details are posted in a members’ WhatsApp chat weekly and are usually Tuesday 1pm-3.15pm, Wednesday 6pm-8.30pm, Friday 1pm-3pm. Junior members are able to join in on Wednesday evenings until 6.45pm.
We have junior lessons on Saturday mornings – for November’s sessions and booking links please follow our Facebook page or contact us via the details below. The brand-new courts are of an amazing standard, the members are friendly and there’s plenty going on.
