RNLI fundraisers are hoping for a boost in sales over the summer as once again they take over the Pier Towers in Withernsea to open a pop-up shop.
As well as selling souvenirs, RNLI merchandise and clothing, one side of the towers will feature an RNLI museum, with photographs and memorabilia featuring Withernsea lifeboat since 1974, and equipment used by crew members, with advice available on water safety.
The grand opening of the shop will take place this Saturday, July 26, at 11am and it will be open from 11am to 3pm from Wednesday to Sunday each week.
Running the operation once again will be retail staff Caz Gorman and Babs Wilson, who manned the shop last year, raising much-needed funds for the RNLI.
