A Withernsea couple will be throwing open their garden this Sunday, August 4, in aid of their local church.
Maurice and Linda Beever are inviting visitors to their garden at 35 Hollym Road from 1pm
to 5pm, with all proceeds being donated to Withernsea Methodist Church.
The couple are well known for having opened their garden in the past under the National Garden Scheme and also for local charities, but this is the first time in five years that the public have been able to visit the garden, mainly because of Covid.
Maurice and Linda love gardening, devoting many hours to its upkeep, and visitors are assured of having the chance to view a space of many aspects, with plants, flowers, bushes and trees as well as a vegetable plot at the end.
Admission is £3 and refreshments will be available.
