On Saturday, June 14, Holderness Vikings are holding an opening event for their newly installed café facility.
After years of hard work and fundraising, the new space will allow the club to expand their hospitality offering, enhancing the matchday experience for both home and away supporters. It will also provide a space for other events such as presentations, fundraising nights, team building, training courses and meetings.
To celebrate, there will be an event from 9am starting with a touch rugby game, followed by the ribbon cutting at 10am and training for Cubs (ages three to five), U6s, U7s, U9s and U10s. The U8s and U12s will be using the event as the finish line for their sponsored walks – the U8s walking from Craven Park and the U12s completing a local walk around the village.
Finally, at noon, the barbecue and bouncy castle will be unleashed, and everyone can enjoy the day and take a look at the new facility.
Please feel free to come along and get involved!
