Father Christmas was kept busy as some 100 children visited him at Withernsea Lighthouse.
As always, he had a kind word for every visitor before handing out a suitable present in his grotto.
The event was organised by the Friends of the Lighthouse, who had decorated the route to his grotto.
Free refreshments were also offered to visitors after they had seen Father Christmas.
