Hornsea Inshore Rescue is preparing for its annual Christmas festival, with the lobster pot Christmas tree now in place and awaiting its lights.
Tractors and boats will also be illuminated with thousands of lights for the event.
The festival takes place from 4pm to 7.30pm on Friday, December 12.
Entertainment will include festive music and carol singing from the Hornsea Choir, Hornsea Shanty Lasses and Hooked on Harmony. Children’s rides and craft activities are planned, including cooking Christmas treats in Santa’s kitchen, and youngsters will be able to visit Santa in his grotto.
There will be cake stalls, hot food and drinks.
Admission is free, with proceeds supporting the independent lifeboat service.
