DEPOT ADMINISTRATOR

Peacock & Binnington, one of the UK’s leading Agricultural Machinery Dealers, currently have a part-time vacancy at our Halsham branch for a Depot Administrator.

 

Working predominantly for the Parts and Service departments, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth flow of admin through the branch - from job card to final invoicing, time processing in the workshop, to receipting and booking of the parts plus general reception duties.  The position would be 16 hours per week, Tuesday and Wednesday, or 20 hours including Monday afternoon.

Under the guidance of the classroom teacher, you will work with individual students who

may have learning, physical, behavioural or emotional difficulties, as well as small groups

within the classroom. You will be flexible, able to work independently, meet pre-determined deadlines

and possess good verbal communication skills. You should be proficient in building positive relationships

with students and have a professional approach to working with teachers and members of the Inclusion Team. A friendly, outgoing but firm personality is essential. As part of your contracted hours, you will work some breaks and lunchtimes as required.

This post is temporary working 28.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time.

Under the direction of the Progress Leader for Art, Design & Technology, we seek a skilled and experienced colleague to play a key role in teaching students in the vocational area of hairdressing, including regular assessment of students work and progress towards completion of the course. The main focus of the role will be on all aspects of hairdressing.
